Shipping charges will be added to your order total when you check out, and will be calculated based on where you live. Larger orders over $30.00 will be shipped free of charge!

All standard orders are shipped in a padded envelope with tracking from the USPS. Larger orders may be shipped in a padded envelope or a box, depending on how many packets are purchased.

 

If you do not receive your order within the timeframe indicated by the USPS, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue and ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. 

 

A Note About Shipping Costs

 

Recent USPS pricing changes have sharply increased the cost of mailing lightweight parcels through Ground Advantage, with many shipments now approaching $8.00. Unfortunately, these continued rate increases have come alongside declining service quality, delayed deliveries, and reduced reliability—all of which place an especially heavy burden on small businesses.

We remain committed to keeping our prices as reasonable as possible, but rising postage costs may affect what we must charge for shipping.
